If you are exercising rights on behalf of another person, please be prepared to provide proof that you have been designated as an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

The Site currently supports Global Privacy Control (GPC), a browser-based privacy specification that allows the User to communicate their opt-out preference globally. If the User's browser or device is configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

How the Site Handles GPC Signals

When the Site detects a GPC signal, it will automatically apply the User's opt-out preference to prevent the sale or sharing of the User's personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar purposes.

For more information about GPC and how to enable it on your browser, please visit Global Privacy Control.

As part of the vehicle research and purchase process, information such as e-mail, address, name, and contact telephone numbers will be requested. This information will be used solely as described here. When entering information on the Site, it is securely stored on the Site; when dealer contact is requested, a copy is automatically and securely transferred to the requested dealer's lead management system (LMS). The dealer's LMS will automatically record the information and send it to an associate so that the inquiry may be answered promptly by a qualified representative. Please note that each dealer has their own privacy policy.
