Official Rules
Eligibility: The Helpful Honda Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to legal residents of the "Greater Los Angeles Area" (defined as Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chances of winning.
How to Enter: Participants may sign up through our web portal at: helpful-honda.com/giveaway/ during the Promotion Period to receive notification emails with personalized links to enter the Promotion during each “Entry Period.” Participants will receive notification emails for each Entry Period until the Promotion ends or the participant unsubscribes. Participants will begin receiving notification emails during the next scheduled distribution, provided they sign up at least two (2) hours before the Sponsor sends that email. Those who sign up less than two (2) hours of a scheduled notification will begin receiving emails starting with the following Entry Period. Each notification email will include details as to the start and end dates/times of the applicable Entry Period. Participants must use the personalized link in the notification email to be entered into the random drawing for the applicable Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per Entry Period per person/email address.
Disclosure of Prizes: Prizes will vary for each Entry Period. The value of any prize will not exceed $600. Generally, prizes will be valued between $25 and $75. Prizes will generally be merchandise and tickets from venues that the Southern California Honda Dealers have marketing partnerships with. Prizes may, but are not guaranteed to, include game tickets to select 2025 Los Angeles Dodgers regular season home games, and select Los Angeles Dodgers merchandise (i.e., hats, shirts, and jerseys).
For any MLB Game/Event Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
Promotion Dates: The Promotion begins on March 27, 2025 at 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and will run until it is ended by Sponsor, the Southern California Honda Dealers Association (collectively, the “Promotion Period”).
The Entry Periods will generally be held monthly, but the actual number of Entry Periods during the Promotion Period could vary. There is no guarantee as to the number of Entry Periods during the Promotion Period.
Selection of Winners: Limit one (1) prize per person. Winners will be notified within one (1) day of the random drawing for each Entry Period via the email address they used to enter the Promotion. Winners need not be physically present during the time of the drawing but must respond to such email notification per the instructions in the email.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will vary based on the number of prizes and the number of participants in the promotion.
Release: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless
the Southern California Honda Dealers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of
participation in the Promotion—including, but not limited to technical issues—or receipt or use of any prize.
Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., Anschutz L.A. Soccer, Inc. a/k/a LA Galaxy, and their subsidiaries and affiliates, (the “AEG Entities”) and Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (MLS) are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Promotion. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the AEG Entities and MLS, as well as each of their owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activities, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. LA Clippers LLC, Murphy's Bowl LLC, the National Basketball Association and its members teams, and NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, the “LA Clippers Entities”) are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Promotion. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the LA Clippers Entities and each of their respective owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activities, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Governing Law: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of
California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of
or in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any
form of class action.
Responsibility for Taxes: Winners will not be responsible for any taxes or governmental fees.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be
used by the Southern California Honda Dealers for the purpose of administering
the Promotion, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating in the
Promotion, entrants agree to receive promotional emails and other marketing materials from
the Southern California Honda Dealers. Participants reserve the right to
withdraw their consent to receive such communications at any time by following the
unsubscribe instructions provided in each email or by contacting the Southern California Honda Dealers directly.
All personal information will be handled in accordance
with the Privacy Policy.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): In compliance with the CCPA, California residents
have certain rights regarding their personal information. These rights include the right to
access, delete, and opt-out of the sale of their personal information. We
do not sell personal information collected through the Promotion. For more information on how we
